Welcome to Adulting Life Skills Resources, a service Adulting on the Spectrum LLC. 2. Copyright and Ownership
Adulting on the Spectrum LLC owns all products, including, but not limited to, activities, worksheets, handouts, and printables. We retain copyright and reserve all rights to these Products.
You acknowledge that purchasing an annual subscription does not transfer to you any rights, title, or interest in or to the Product’s intellectual property rights, except for the limited use rights granted under this Agreement.
3. Restrictions
You may not claim ownership of the Product in any way or form. The Products are for personal, classroom, group, and non-commercial use unless specified via a written agreement.
You are prohibited from selling, redistributing, or giving away these Products. This includes but is not limited to offering the Products for sale, uploading them to file-sharing websites, and emailing or distributing them through any other medium, including the internet.
You may not alter the Product’s files in any way, remove copyright notices or watermarks, or combine the Product with other materials to create a new product for sale or free distribution.
Making copies of the Products to share with others outside the organization who obtain the annual subscription is strictly forbidden and violates this Agreement, copyright laws, and other applicable laws.
4. Permitted Use
These resources may be used for personal use, in classrooms, therapy sessions, or groups, and for your students’ education.
You are not allowed to reference the Products in blog posts, seminars, professional development workshops, or other similar venues without explicit written permission from Adulting on the Spectrum LLC, and the Product is not shared in a manner that violates these Terms of Use.
5. Limitation of Liability
Adulting on the Spectrum LLC will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of the Products.
6. Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Your continued use of the Products after any such changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Use.
7. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the state’s laws in which Adulting on the Spectrum LLC is registered, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. By purchasing or using the Products from Adulting Life Skills Resources, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the Terms of Use outlined in this Agreement.
